Starting this week, Supper Club will feature a rotating SOUP OF THE WEEK, alongside our usual lineup of homemade dinners.
Here’s what’s cooking for October 7!
•Roasted Tomato Basil Soup
With grilled cheese croutons.
•Spaghetti Puttanesca
A bold tomato sauce with olives, capers, garlic, chili and parmesan.
•Creamy Spinach & Artichoke Chicken
Roasted chicken thighs with baby potatoes and broccolini.
•Loaded Sausage & Meatball Baked Ziti
Two proteins, three cheeses and plenty of homemade tomato sauce.

Sometimes the simplest dishes are the ones you bring home with you. 🇬🇷❤️
These Greek Stuffed Tomatoes are inspired by one of the vegetable-forward dishes I fell in love with during our time in Greece.
Ripe tomatoes are filled with seasoned rice, vegetables and fresh herbs, then slowly roasted and served with tender roasted potatoes.

They’re the vegetarian option on this week’s menu, but you certainly don’t have to be vegetarian to order them.

We’re heading back to Greece for one more week.
Last week was all about some of the fresh flavors and dishes that inspired me while traveling through Paros.
This week? We’re getting cozy.
🇬🇷 Moussaka
Layers of roasted eggplant, spiced beef & tomato, whipped potatoes and creamy béchamel.
🍗 Greek Roasted Chicken Dinner
Lemon, garlic & oregano roasted chicken with spanakopita and fresh Greek salad.
🍤 Shrimp Saganaki Linguine
Shrimp and linguine in a tomato, garlic & white w**e sauce with feta and fresh herbs.
🍅 Greek Stuffed Tomatoes
Roasted tomatoes filled with seasoned rice, vegetables & herbs with roasted potatoes.
Some inspired by meals we loved in Greece. Others connected to recipes and techniques I brought home from our cooking experience in Paros.

Sometimes the simplest food is the food you remember most. 🇬🇷
One thing I loved about eating in Greece was how much flavor came from really simple ingredients, fresh herbs, ripe vegetables, good olive oil, lots of lemon and just enough texture.
That’s the inspiration behind this week’s Tabbouleh.
Fresh parsley, Cous cous , tomato, and herbs tossed simply with vinegar and extra-virgin olive oil.
Bright. Fresh. Herby. And the perfect balance to some of the richer dishes on this week’s menu.
Order it as a lighter meal or add it alongside the Pastitsio or Beef & Lamb Kebabs.
