Six years ago, immediately preceding pandemic shutdowns, we served up the same Mole & Salsas
that you love now... as fresh compliments to our pop-up menu. After switching to delivery service, we were forced to shut down entirely. But we didn't quit. We learned to make our products shelf-stable, rebranded (with help from ), and re-launched as Sobremesa Mole & Salsas - now available online, in stores, and at farmers markets and festivals! Thank you for continuing to support us through all of our crazy journey!
