π‘π Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Chicken (Healing & Easy Recipe)
Ingredients
700 g chicken thighs or breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (essential for curcumin absorption)
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup chicken broth
Salt to taste
Optional fresh parsley or cilantro
Recipe
Season the chicken with salt, turmeric, black pepper, ginger, and cumin. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until lightly golden on both sides. Add the garlic and cook briefly until fragrant. Pour in the lemon juice and chicken broth. Lower the heat, cover, and simmer gently until the chicken is tender and the sauce is slightly reduced. Spoon the sauce over the chicken and serve warm.
