HUGE thanks to everyone who came out to support what us and what we're trying to bring to Charleston last weekend. We just had some time to go through pictures and wanted to drop some of our favorites. Thanks to all the chefs who came by to taste, say hey, and especially help us get cleaned up so we could get out the door. We're going to work hard to make sure we can get some better quality pictures for the next event, and possibly even a workflow video.
Keep your eyes peeled for the next one, and again, we can't thank you enough for the support! This is just the first in a long and continuous series of events, and we can't wait to show you what we have in store next!
HUGE thanks to Hernshaw Farms, Riffle Farms bison, our good friends at Johnnie's Fresh Meat Market for their patience and expertise in sausage making (literally couldn't have done it without them), Coco's Kitchen & Cafe for giving us a home for these dinners, and Charleston Bread for providing the beautiful baguettes we served with our hot charcute.
