Sweet. Tart. A little dangerous. 🍒
Our Delia May’s Revenge is a cocktail inspired by one of our favorite pieces of Bullock lore.
This drink brings bright cherry, dark sweetness, and deep smoke notes that embody the spirit of Delia May, the wife of Gaspard Leblanc, the namesake of our Leblanc Vodka. She would throw actual cherry bombs down her basement steps to break up her husband’s illicit distilling production. This one drinks dangerously smooth while still packing a punch, just like Delia May herself.

It’s that time of year again! It’s time to start getting excited for West Virginia Day!

Of course, it can’t be a proper West Virginia Day without The Bullock Distillery’s annual West Virginia Day single barrel bourbon. We’ve got Mountaineer pride and make sure we show it each year with this special release. This year’s bottling will be the Mothman Reserve and will be released on West Virginia Day, June the 20th. Make sure to circle the date so that you can secure your bottle because they’ll be gone before you know it!

The Bullock Distillery is taking our cocktail class skills on the road in June! 🚗

In addition to our monthly class here at the distillery, our cocktail guru Royce will be traveling to Huntington to help put on a cocktail class in partnership with the Jockey Club. We’ll be bringing the spirits, they’ll be making the cocktails. There will be two classes hosted at their 4th Avenue location on Sunday the 14th of June. The first starts at 3PM and the second will be at 6:30PM. There are only 16 seats for each class, so make sure to grab your tickets now if you are in the Huntington area or plan on being there for the class.

We are excited to be partnering with the Jockey Club and be bringing our spirits all across West Virginia. We’ll see you there! °🥂⋆.ೃ🍾࿔*:･

When the days get hot it’s time to grab a cold drink, and you’ll be hard pressed to find a better one in Charleston than a cocktail fromThe Bullock Distillery.

Come to the distillery to cool off after work with a delicious hand made cocktail, and if you’re here after 5PM, you’ll get our happy hour discount of $2 off each drink you purchase. It doesn’t have to be a cocktail to get the happy hour discount, though. If you’re more of a straight liquor type of person then you’ll also get $2 off 2oz spirit pours and flights if you’re looking to explore a range of our spirits.

🍹 Bullock has a new drink on the cocktail menu just in time for Tiki season, the Tiki Mule!
Our tropical take on the Moscow Mule is perfectly summer and perfectly West Virginia; it uses our White Dog Moonshine, distilled from 100% West Virginia corn from Yauger Farms in Mason County. Throw in some peach hibiscus simple syrup, pineapple juice, and tropical ginger beer and you’ve got a Tiki Mule, paradise in a mug.

Inspired by Royce’s favorite spring wildflowers, stop in and try one of the signature cocktails from our May Cocktail Class before they disappear for the season. 🌼🥃

The Johnny Jump Up tastes like a perfect summer evening - bare feet in the grass, lightning bugs in the yard, and the stars above your head. Bright, floral, and just a little wild, it tastes like the moment spring finally gives way to summer.

Forsythias is inspired by the yellow flowering bushes that line the backroads of Appalachia every spring. Warm, smoky, and comforting, it feels like the first truly mild evening of the year - patio ci**rs, BBQ grills, and sticky fingers from late-night s’mores.

Our house-made syrups are available in limited quantities, so stop by and enjoy them while they last. ✨
