Love our neighbors!

Everyone STOP what you’re doing immediately to wish our resident Jiu Jitsu black belt and overall bad ass of a motion specialist / human being Heidi a very happy birthday! We celebrated with protein donuts from our neighbors at Lean Kitchen! Thanks for all you do for the team and our clients! Lean Kitchen CompanyHeidi Lozano Doug Glover

We love getting out in the community and meeting new people. This weekend was a great time and workout at The Movement Social at an incredible Venue, the Refinery. The rain held off, many samples were given, and friends were made!

Meet Chris & Jeana Penny - the owners in McKinney, TX 🍴

"Our hope is that every single person that walks through our doors and eat our meals can feel the love and hard work that is put into every single day."

That quote speaks volumes to who Chris & Jeana are and is one of our favorite parts about having them as Lean Kitchen owners. Not only are they incredible people, but they're incredible leaders.

If you're in the McKinney area, stop by and say hello 👋🏻

Come be a part of something bigger! 💚🍴
