Well, that was fun! It’s been about four weeks since we made the hard decision of pausing on selling lumpia. During this time we’ve been preparing for the final lumpia sale. Starting today, you may pre-order for pickup on Mar 26 and 27 (Thu/Fri) between 4PM-8PM.

We have a dozen sets available: 10 of the variety pack, and 2 of all pork.

If you’d rather pickup from Hollywood (our residence), let me know. I can deliver for free if you’re in Hollywood, Ravenel, Meggett, and even as far as Edisto!

Four years ago, just over three weeks since my arrival in the U.S., I badly wanted to eat lumpia. My rolling technique was far from perfect. I learned how to roll at an early age but never in the volume I am able to do now. I took it as a challenge to refine my rolling technique and develop a recipe of my own that’s closest to how my Dad used to make them. Three and a half years a later Lowcountry Lumpia was born. But…

We’re discontinuing this business name, and put a “pause” on selling lumpia. We are moving on to something more aligned with our true aspirations—to enter the CPG world. It’s not an easier path, just a different business model. We will launch shelf-stable products to get started and, at some point, we will bring back lumpia into the fold.

We will do a one-time sale before the end of this month. It’s a good time to stock up if you love our lumpia. It may be a while before they’re back.

We’ve received a tremendous amount of support here in Charleston and we will do our best to make our way back here. For now, the business will concentrate more in Washington D.C. as we undertake the incubator. If you have questions, feel free to send me a private message. We love you, our lumpia fam! 🩷🩷🩷
