If you come to Ursus Brew Works and present a same day movie ticket stub you will get 10% off of your check and if you present a same day receipt from Ursus Brew Works you can get a $7 movie ticket! Hey! Now that I have your attention here is the rundown incase you missed our earlier posts. We will be open tomorrow 9/9 at 4pm and we will be starting our new hours. Remember we are closed this weekend and will reopen Wednesday 9/9 with our new hours. During this week "off" we've been working on getting some projects done that we simply hadn't had time for and one of those is our English cask ale engine! We now have cask ale on tap! Cask ale is naturally carbonated using fermentation and is served at cellar temperature (50F-55F) through an engine or pump that draws the beer out without the assistance of CO2. This is how many beers are served in England. We pulled some of our "Long Hard Day" UK Porter into casks and now have it to serve! This method of carbonation and serving the beer slightly changes the flavor, aroma, and body of the beer. We think you'll enjoy it! See you all Wednesday 9/9 at 4pm!
