We aim to please and if you’re not being totally satisfied, it’s likely that specific recipe needs revamped which we are HAPPY to do immediately!!
If ever you get a tea that isn’t flavored to your standard, ask for it to corrected IMMEDIATELY.
I am happy to change our recipe book to meet expectations at any time!!
If you know you like your tea on the stronger side, order it that way off the bat by asking for extra flavor 🫶🏻
I’ll be working the rest of the evening making, trying, and revamping recipes but we literally have 1000 tea recipes so again, please please just let us know on the spot so we can fix it before it’s even an issue! 💋
Our all natural flavor offerings can need more than normal before we started using the all natural version in that specific flavor so we definitely welcome the feedback and will change any and all recipes we need to!
