What’s Available This Weekend?

We still have a great selection of organically grown veggie plants available including tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, squash, zucchini, eggplant, herbs, and more!

We’re also excited to have an amazing selection of native plants from local grower Kelsey from LadySmith Gardening, perfect for supporting pollinators and adding beauty to your landscape!

Looking for something a little different? We also have Canna Rhizomes (AKA canna bulbs/tubers) available starting at just $1 each (priced by size). With STUNNING dark burgundy foliage and vibrant orange blooms, they’re a true summer show-stopper and will multiply year after year.

And don’t forget our discounted “oopsie babies” plants that may be a little crooked, slightly sunburned, or not quite picture-perfect, but are still ready to grow 🌱

Sunday looks like a great day to get outside and get your hands in the dirt. Brighten up this gloomy stretch of weather and bring home a few new garden babies!

Our plant sale is beginning to wrap up with it coming to an end Sunday June 7th! Thank you all for another wonderful kickoff to our farmstand season! We look forward to seeing all those beautiful garden photos!

Anyone else feeling behind on planting this year?

The weather here in Rhode Island has been all over the place lately. Hot days, cool nights, random rain, wind… with some cold rainy days mixed in, it’s definitely made this gardening season feel a little different. We’ve talked to so many people who are still waiting to plant, holding off on warm weather crops, or even replacing a few plants that struggled with the weird swings.

If that’s you, you are absolutely not behind 💚 There is still PLENTY of time to plant and have a beautiful, productive garden season. Honestly, a lot of warm weather crops are just starting to really establish themselves right now and a few things may have actually been stunted by going in early.

We still have lots of healthy plants available at the stand including tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, squash, eggplant, herbs, and more. Plenty of heirlooms, unique varieties, and special surprise we will be selling this weekend only! (Post coming tomorrow)

Gardening seasons are never exactly the same, and that’s part of the beauty of it. We’re just grateful to be growing alongside all of you and helping people build gardens at whatever pace works for them this year ☺️

This Memorial Day, we pause with gratitude and remember the brave men and women who gave everything in service to our country. Their sacrifice is the reason we are able to enjoy simple moments like gathering with family, sharing meals, and supporting one another in our community. ❤️🤍💙

We are open today for regular self-serve hours from 10am–6pm with lots of native and veggie plants available. If you have any questions, feel free to text or call we may be a little slower to respond as we’re spending the day with family.

Wishing everyone a peaceful and meaningful Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

WOW ….what an amazing weekend! 🌱
Between plant sales and reservations, our greenhouse is looking a little bare… but don’t worry more is on the way!

Our second round of UNIQUES will be ready at the end of the week. They’re still a bit sensitive, and with this heat wave coming, we want to make sure they’re strong enough to handle full sun before heading off to their new homes.

We’ve SOLD OUT of strawberries babies AGAIN! You all are loving them this year, and it truly makes my heart so happy. From this point forward, strawberries will be available by special order only. I’ll be transplanting one final batch on Friday, and they should be ready in about 10–14 days. They will not be available again until next year so get your orders in by Friday!

- No minimum to reserve
- Pay at pickup
- Call or text to get on the berry list!

In the meantime, we still have plenty of beautiful native plants available, including:
• Marshmallow
• Calendula
• Joe Pye w**d
• Chamomile
• Spotted bee balm
…and more!

For veggies, we currently have:
Cucumbers
Pickling cucumbers

🍅 Our Summer Plant Sale Begins Tomorrow!

The greenhouse and stand are filling up and we’re so excited to finally kick off our sale this weekend!

We have lots of varieties available to start with, including a great mix of heirloom and hybrid veggies. Another round of strawberry babies are back in stock as well! Organically Grown!

Our final batch of some of the more unique varieties just needs a few more days to fully acclimate before making their way out to the stand. We are bummed they aren’t ready - but with the heat wave coming we want to make sure they can handle anything! A full variety list will be available in the greenhouse if you want to take a peak, and preorders are welcome!

We’re also very excited to welcome local grower Kelsey, from LadySmith Gardening ( on IG) to the farmstand family! She has provided an abundance of beautiful and unique native plant species that you are sure to love!

Whipped tallow from Bovitique Bulls Next Chapter has also been restocked, along with a few of their silky lip balms. You all are LOVING these (and so are we!) so grab them while you can!

You can also find naturally made fire starters from Chippy’s Cabin Cubes in the stand. Perfect for camping season!

Every season we’re reminded how grateful we are for this little community and the support you continue to show our small farmstand. We’ve been looking forward to this weekend for a long time and can’t wait to see everyone 💚

Little Farmstand Update 🌱

We are happy to FINALLY be feeling well enough to work and have been itching to get outside!

Our farmstand & greenhouse will be closed for the remainder of this week as we switch everything over to our warm weather plants! The greenhouse has been busy lately and we’re spending the next few days finishing hardening plants off, organizing, and setting up signage to get everything ready.

We’re currently sold out of whipped tallow and honey, but both should be restocked by this weekends sale!

Come see us Saturday, May 16th for our warm weather plant sale! We’ll have a large assortment of organically grown heirloom and hybrid veggie plants, including lots of unique and new varieties we’re really excited about this year 🍅🌶️🌱

Every season we learn a little more, grow a little more, and we’re just really grateful to be able to share it all with this community. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back this weekend!

Tomato Help Needed!

Let’s escape this snowy weather together and talk ….. TOMATOES! We’re finishing up ordering our seeds for the May plant sale, and we want your input!

Each year we grow 40+ varieties of tomatoes, and every season it gets harder and harder not to go totally overboard. Which until last spring, I didn’t think was possible… until I almost lost my noodle doing transplants 😂 So let’s be more intentional this year!

Tell us what you want to see more of:
🍅 Classic juicy red beefsteaks?
🍅 Funky & interesting slicers (think rainbow colors, stripes, odd shapes)?
🍅 Patio / micro / container-friendly varieties?
🍅 Sweet grape or cherry types?
🍅 Heirlooms? Funky colors/shapes?!

Leave a comment below or send us a message, we’d love to hear from you!
