East Beach Blondes, RI Oysters Rhode Island oysters - grown and harvested in Ninigret Pond in Charlestown. East Beach Farms is a member of the Ocean State Shellfish Co-Operative.

East Beach Farm was founded in 2003 and produced its first crop of East Beach Blonde Oysters in 2005. Ninigret Pond is a separate body of water than Narragansett Bay, located within Block Island Sound, The Pond is shallow and fed with several freshwater streams, making a great environment to grow oysters.
