Farmers market season is pretty short in Montana. I was happily planning the last market, but once the rain, hail, and thunder started booming, I decided to sit it out.

Which gave me time to think. And sit here and smell the wonderful aroma of fresh bread filling the house.

I thought other people would like to have warm bread right out of their ovens too. Without all the hassle.

Snow will be here before you know it and a warm loaf of homemade sourdough will be pretty hard to find. So how to have warm bread coming right out of your own oven when the weather gets cold?
