Marbyn is from Toronto, Canada has been in the hospitality industry for 16 years and with this restaurant group for the past 8 years. He worked his way up from Sous Chef and now the Chef of The Daily! His favorite aspect about working here are the people he gets to interact with everyday. He’s worked at several restaurants in NYC, and also spent six years as the Executive Chef at Red Rock Casino Hotel in Las Vegas! In 2017, he opened his dream restaurant, Umami PokéRito, right here in Charlotte off of Pineville Matthews Road!
