Before there was Want to Cookie....

There was one cookie.

I spent countless hours tweaking recipes, changing ingredients, baking batch after batch, searching for the perfect chocolate chip cookie. It had to have crispy edges, a soft center, and pools of melty chocolate in every bite.

That cookie became Chocolatee. It became the cookie that started this entire journey.

Every flavor I've created since then has been inspired by that original recipe.

So on National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day, we're celebrating the cookie that made Want To Cookie possible.
