I cannot believe our Harper is officially a teenager! It feels like just yesterday we brought her home from the hospital. Truly a force, her passion and determination are second to none. She is blazing her own trail and it is amazing to see her shine on stage and in everything she does. I’m such a proud daddy and while I hate that she is growing up so fast, I can’t wait to see how she changes the world. I love you so much my little THIRTEEN year old!!

Happy birthday to this amazing 11 year old! It’s hard to believe it’s been another year of watching you grow up, laugh, love, learn, and live a life of joy! I’m so proud of this young lady, whether it’s a performance, cheering on her favorite CLTFC players, buying her first acoustic guitar with her own money (!!!), or just having fun traveling and concerting. We love you so much angel!!

Sharks, concerts, quick getaways, Yahtzee, nights out, wedding dancing (still HIGH energy on that floor), NYC trips, earring autographs by George, shows, outdoor adventures, world travel, and bubbles. Every single experience shows how you embrace the day. You love fully, embrace the unknown, travel to learn and appreciate. You are an incredible friend, mommy, wife, leader, speaker, author, etc etc etc etc etc etc etc!

As I look at who you are and how to describe you, I always come back to the word “intentional”

You are in this moment. It’s not always easy, it’s not always perfect, but it is what will give you the power to embrace change, to understand deeper, to see that what you have today is it. It is the moment that drives you. You take the energy of today, of now, to figure out how tomorrow can be different not only for you but for - as you have taught me so well - those around you. Not just friends close to you, but anyone you possibly can touch.

May you always have time to hurkle durkle and move mountains. I love you so much. Happy birthday to my favorite. ❤️

🌟 Support Small Business Friday Post 🌟

January, 2020. Juliet begins the journey of small business ownership. What begins as a single person practice quickly grows to 2, 3, 4… 12 (plus interns, former teammates!)! The plan has always been to serve the community, break the stigma of mental health, walk the walk.

The epitome of hustle, Juliet has created a dream practice , a brand that *is her* with , wrote a BOOK (Who You Callin’ Crazy), developed a keynote speaking program, and is ready for the next challenge - whatever that may be. Oh and she is the greatest mom to our two kiddos and wife in the world, two full time jobs in their own right.

So why these pictures? It’s calm, it’s safe, it’s the framework of a dream for her. And it’s a part of a journey that she set out on to change the world. She won’t say she’s changing the world, but I know a lot of people who say she is.

Outwardly, she makes it look easy. I promise you it is not.

I am so proud of this small business owner, empowering women around her, walking the walk. Providing the calm.

17 years. Each Day DOES Get Better. Sitting on the couch watching a show or traveling the world, as long as it is by each other’s side is the only way we want to do it. To look back and see what we have created together. A family, a love of travel, joy in the littlest moments, hugs in the challenges, celebration of each success, learning from each opportunity together.

Social media gives us a chance to highlight the fun but we put work in. But honestly, we have fun. All. The. Time. Surrounding ourselves with people we love and being there for each other gives us the chance to wonder how 17 years has already flown by. Thank you for the support in every decent idea I have had professionally and personally. We’ve built something pretty amazing. As we watch our girls take on the world, I see us in them, challenging themselves and challenging the world to say “get ready, here we come.”

Here’s to 100 more years of silliness, love, joy, challenges, fun, travel, happiness, and adventure. Each day gets better angel

As we wind down a very busy 2024, I wanted to share some of my wine moments that really brought joy. This isn’t a countdown or a full list of the very best. It’s 3 groups: 1) favorite wine moments 2) deliciously memorable bottles 3) and two of my favorites of the year.

🎉 favorite wine moments -
🐕 a glass of in Mexico from one of the proudest sommeliers I’ve ever met. He loved his job and he was so excited to pour one of my favorite wines of all time. On a trip with some of our favorite humans!
🍷 coaching the team on the latest releases. And wooooooweeee those are some killer wines
🥇pouring at the one year anniversary party. Being a part of this event meant so much to me ❤️

Cuvée. One of the true standouts of the year. Way too good for the price.
literally the only orange wine that has made me happy.

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST!
My two favorites of the year
Pauillac Generique from because why wouldn’t you want to drink a sub $50 wine from one of the greatest chateaux in Bordeaux?!?

And holy greatness - 2018. Always memorable and officially in my top 5 favorite wineries of all time. What a way to ring in my 41st year.

Lots happened in 2024 and these wines made it an even brighter year. Cheers to 2025! 🥂

We win this fight together.

I am running to raise money for Pancreatic Cancer UK to help fund pancreatic cancer research to one day beat this horrible disease.

30 years ago, I hadn’t really ever heard the word “cancer” especially not associated with someone I knew. But just before my 11th birthday, my Aunt Diane was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. It was the first time I saw my dad cry. It was awful, I didn’t know what was even happening. Only months later, she passed away but left a legacy of hope. Fast forward to today and shortly after securing my spot to fundraise for Pancreatic Cancer UK, my Aunt Jan - Diane’s sister - was diagnosed with it too. It sucks. But one day, hopefully no one has to hear this diagnosis with the same fear it still strikes. We win this fight together.

It is the deadliest common cancer. The brutal reality is that diagnosis comes far too late for most people. Half of people die within three months of diagnosis. So, families are left with only hope to hang on to.

But hope is not enough. The disease must be detected sooner.

And it can be.

Thanks to the work of Pancreatic Cancer UK’s dedicated team of researchers, a simple test to detect the cancer earlier is within reach. It just needs more funding.

With people running, cheering and raising funds to support this research, together we can save as many lives as runners in this great race.

We will give it our all. We won’t give up. And we will cross that finish line.

Our oldest angel is 12!! What. A. Year! And I just can’t believe we have a 12 year old. Such an engaging, smart, thoughtful, beautiful, bright, theatrical, hilarious young lady. We are so incredibly lucky to have this kiddo and I know the future is bright for her. We love you Harper!!
