These boys have come accustomed to running massive amounts of BBQ, this year they decide to bring back a by the pound option because of demand. Thes e boys sell it, these boys prep it, these boys stay up to stoke the fires, these boys package it and serve it with a smile. The proceeds go directly into their scout accounts for trips, gear, and supplies. Jesse has an active scholarship fund connected to his sales these days, put him down as your Scout contact. These Boys put their Heart and Souls into this cook, please consider helping make this sale another record breaking year!

Over the years we have met so many fabulous people in the BBQ industry. Every new friend found a place in our hearts and souls. What started off as a quest to be the best on the podium has turned into a quest to bring artisan que to the people.

2022 out 2023 in...... we sat down today and figured all that we'd been blessed with. Lose tally 31,000 bellies made happy. Twixt the Weiner wagon, Bulk sales, Catering and Famn Damily gatherings, we saw a lot of smiles! It's hard to believe we have gotten this far. Many thanks to the many die hards that order everytime we do anything. Many thanks to the ones that show up and stay late when we throw a shindig. Many thanks to the ones that believed in our product and pushed us to achieve more. 2023 is gonna be a great year around here, another XLR 1400 will makes its debut, and kicking around the idea of a big boy food trailer. Thank you all for the support and love you've given us.
