We lost our sweet barn cat, Sassy, unexpectedly this weekend. We’re not sure what happened, and she will be surely missed. Her hunting buddy Binx seems to be missing her. RIP sweet girl.

Under the cover of darkness Elijah and I moved my broody hen to the baby coop and placed all 7 babies under her. She seemed to accept them right away & tucked them in under her. Praying that’s the same in the morning 🙏🏻
