Congratulations to the team at Scoundrel in Greenville, SC, for earning a Michelin star. Part of the incredible moment for the dining scene in the South when Michelin rated restaurants in Alabama, South Carolina, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, Mississippi and Tennessee.

To mark the moment, Scoundrel crafted a special cocktail featuring Forbidden Bourbon by Master Distiller Marianne Eaves. Proof that great ingredients and great talents always shine together. Recipe below…

Forbidden Stone Sour:
1.5 oz Forbidden small batch bourbon25 oz Giffard Apricot du Rousillion (liqueur)75 oz fresh squeezed orange juice 75 oz fresh lime juice 75 oz simple syrup 5 oz egg white
Pinch of salt

Shake with ice and strain into Coupe glass.
Garnish: Angostura bitters with skewered cherry and dried apricot.
