Would like to give a heavenly birthday shout out to the creator of Sweet Tea. I’m sure you would love my version of your masterpiece. The one thing he would tell me is , “Put some more lemon in it!” 17 is a sacred number to me. My grandfather, my son and myself were all born on the 17th.

Sunday dinner on a Tuesday night. Vegan oxtails, cabbage and mac n cheese from The Mac n cheese is the best period! (Vegan or regular) The interesting part is I’ve never had cow tail in my life but I love the vegan version. You have to have a Strawberry Lemonade to make the dinner complete.
