Come and get it! Applewood smoked bacon is back from the smoke house, and oh so good. $10/lb. We also have pork chops, ground pork and hot and sweet Italian sausage. Call to come pick some up today. Don't forget we have eggs too.

Great article about the importance diversity on the farm and the plate.

Chef Dan Barber says the farm-to-table movement that he helped build has failed to support sustainable agriculture on a large scale. To do that, he says in a Yale Environment 360 interview, we need a new way of looking at diverse crops and the foods we eat.
