The cool weekend weather might have stopped some spring activities but it's great for our shiitake - spring harvest will extended through this week. We will have mushrooms available at the farm all week - drop by anytime - and larger amounts (5lb+) available for delivery too.

There's still time to register for an introductory course on growing shiitake, lions mane and oyster mushrooms at CVU in Hinesburg next Tuesday 6.30-8.00pm

Our next two mushroom cultivation classes will be on 18th October and 24th January as part of the CVU access program. Each class is 1.5 hours, covering basic shiitake, oyster and lion's mane cultivation with plenty of time for discussion.
