Hodges Family Farm and Pumpkin Patch Our farm is conveniently located just minutes from UNCC in Charlotte, NC. It has been in our family for over 100 years. Also, please come see us every Sat.

We offer: fresh meats and more via our online Farm Shop, a charming wedding barn, plus a family-friendly pumpkin patch every fall. Hodges Family Farm is a family-owned and operated farm INSIDE THE CITY of Charlotte boasting over 150 acres of animals, barns, tractors, and fields. The house, the buildings, and the property are all on the National, State, and Local List of Historic Places. We are open for:
- Fresh produce, grass-fed meats and poultry, dairy, and local honey sales
- Special Events

(They are so curious about the camera.)

Did you know...
- There are 73 (!!) different pig breeds.
- They love to socialize (obviously), and they are very intelligent.
- They are omnivores, meaning they eat plants and meat.
- They use their snout (or nose) to forage or dig.

You can see these cuties in person during our Pumpkin Patch.
We are open daily, 9am - 5:30pm.
FREE admission, $5 parking on weekends.

Come EARLY to enjoy the sunshine, pick your favorite pumpkins, and treat yourself to all our sweet fall goodies — from c***r donuts to kettle corn to hand squeezed lemonade and more.

Today will be one of our busiest weekends of the season, so come early, bring your friends and family, and make a full day of it! 🍁

Hours: 9am-5:30pm
Hayrides: $5, 2 and under are free.
