When you’ve been traveling for a week, but the hubby asks for penne with spicy chicken and shrimp…..make the chicken, the shrimp and the mushrooms in the airfryer and toss with penne and a pink sauce! Easy, peasy and paired with one of my favorite value Rias Baixas Albariño!
