Two of these 4’x8’ cedar garden beds are brand new. One of them is 8 years old and was refurbished ( the exterior planed & sanded ) before being moved to a new location, with the two new planter, in the same backyard.
We applied a semitransparent exterior stain to all three planters to achieve a more uniform look. (And to make this quiz a little more challenging).

Each one of these 4’x8’ Kitchen Garden raised beds holds about 1500 lbs of soil. Times four, that makes for quite a workout. We call it Microfarm CrossFit, and we skip the gym on those days.
