Vermont Malthouse takes us through the process of transforming local barley into 6,000 lbs of malt at their facility here at the farm.

We are so incredibly excited to share with you that Will Raap has closed on the sale of Nordic Farm!

Big things are being planned for the property, including a rebrand and the reorganization and collaboration of multiple on-farm businesses that we hope can serve as a blueprint for other Vermont farms looking to remodel their organizations.
