From preparing traditional kroeung to grilling lemongrass beef sticks and enjoying jrouk, what a joy it was to see everyone learning, cooking, and connecting through food!

Watching Sister Suy share her knowledge and seeing the younger generation get involved made this experience even more special.

A heartfelt thank you to Cambodian Legacy Project and Arts & Science Council for bringing us together to celebrate and preserve Cambodian culture.

He came all the way from South Africa for the Portland offsite… of course, I had to introduce him to my sis. 🌶️😂

First bite of the Brussels sprouts: “It’s pretty bland.”
