Hello everyone! My name is Stephanie and I am the Red Headed Pastry Chef (I really am a natural red head!). As a graduate of Johnson and Wales University, I am a classically trained pastry chef. However as an intern of L'Ecole Nationale Superieure de Patisserie in France, I learned modern techniques and the secrets to making excellent French desserts (and who doesn't love those?!). With my training, love of food and customer satisfaction, I created the Red Headed Pastry Chef to better serve those in search of sweets that taste as good as they look.
