Finally, having the chance to sit down and read Heather Slosson Roberts book! Heather is AhMazing, has appeared on my Empowered my Conversations podcast and I on her Boundaries, Business and B***s podcast. I am forever grateful to Danielle Ratliff for introducing us so many years ago! As a fellow entrepreneur and small business owner, although I have no children, experience “all the things” of passionately growing a heart lead business!!!
“Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase” sums it up quite accurately! I know for myself, I think fast and act quicker! I’m always jumping 💃🏻 and a lot of that has to do with my intuition and acting on it quickly, in a SNAP! 🫰🏼

I am able to visit this place RENOJA, every single day and I choose to do red light and the PEMF machine and it is remarkable how my body feels and pain and inflammation are practically nonexistent, especially in my thumb joints!

My Website team working on a new logo! So over the past few months, I’ve had several businesses, including a gym reach out to me about putting my meals into their establishments. Yesterday I was on a Zoom call with a guy who had found me doing research on local healthy meals in Charlotte NC and he went on and on about how he absolutely loves what he sees in the food I’m producing and how amazing and delicious it looks but when we get to talking about the cost for him to put several hundred meals a week into these facilities, he balked over the price I gave him, yes, a discount, but not to the five dollars to eight dollars per meal he was requesting! 😳 Then while explaining to him all the human hours, the renting of the facility, the cost of the food, etc., and everything that goes into the preparation of these meals, he then asked if I could maybe modify a little the ingredients in the meals (that’s not why you reached out to me!) if you want a five dollar to eight dollar per meal then you’re not gonna get DeFaRekinLicious, pronounced “D-Fuh-Rick’n-Licious!” I mean, I think even a “happy meal” costs more than five dollars! Furthermore, the moral of the story is, you get what you pay for! 🤷🏻‍♀️In my personal experience, EVERY SINGLE TIME, I have chosen to what I call, “cheap out” I got bitten straight in the ass! (So I switch always to an abundance mindset). Back when I was selling medical devices… story continued in comments!

Wow… things are truly looking up! Memory from 7️⃣ years ago! It was my first time on Charlotte Today, promoting my cooking show DeFaRekinLicious and I prepared my Flavor Explosion 💥 Deviled Eggs, never been on LIVE TV 📺 before.
It was a Hoot!! 🦉
