In honor of Mexican Independence Day, The Story Of Mi Cariño is raising a glass to the people, places, and moments that shaped the fight for independence.

Their limited-time drink menu traces different chapters of that story, with each pour taking inspiration from the figures who led the movement, the symbols that came to represent it, and the moments that changed Mexico forever.

The four drinks each tell a piece of the story:

🍹 Grito de Dolores: Banhez Ensamble Mezcal, Condesa Clásica, pink peppercorn/pequín chile/honey cordial, grapefruit, lime and Scrappy's Firewater ($18)

🍸Ángel de la Independencia: Mezcal Vago El Manantial, Ancho Reyes Verde, grenadine and lime ($16)

🍹 Army of Three: Volcán Reposado Tequila, Paranubes Coffee Liqueur, Kopke Ruby Port and Bittercube Trinity Bitters ($20)
