Three Spirits is a microbrewery located in Southwest Charlotte owned by the husband & wife team, Jennifer & Tabu Terrell. We've spent the majority of our adult lives as ED physicians, and have now pursued our dream of opening a brewery. Ironically, this dream began when Tabu was advised to pick a hobby during his intern year of residency, and he chose homebrewing. The Dickens theme of the brewery
is a nod to pursuing the more gratifying things in life, family & friends. Our recipes were first created by Tabu for gatherings with his friends & family. We call them "comfort" craft beers and serve them in a soothing environment. The focus of these beers is to be easy drinking, flavorful, and reminiscent of enjoying your favorite comfort food. We will feature 5 year round beers,namely an amber lager, "Red Moon Rising", an IPA, "Ain't No Hop Steppin' ", a brown ale, "Agate Have It!", a light golden ale called "Southern Bliss", and a honey porter appropriately named "Honey Porter". Throughout the year we will release seasonal beers, but strive to always have a beer on tap for every taste. Providing comfort beers in a comforting environment that promotes discourse & camaraderie is our mission.
