For anyone missing our Mediterranean Chickpea Salad, we will have it out at both Matthews Community Farmers' Market & Farmer's Market tomorrow! With these cooler days, we are just making it on request and it was requested!
Want to make it at home? Here is our recipe -

1 Can Garbanzo Beans (drained and rinsed)
Chopped Cucumbers, Cherry Tomatoes cut in half, diced Red Onion, Crumbled good Feta Cheese
Dressing - 3 TBLS EVOO, 2 TBLS Lemon Juice, 2 TBLS SSforE or SCC! This will be your new GO-TO Greek Dressing!

Did you know that we offer all of our frozen meals in large, family-size pans as well? Perfect after kids' sports, if you're having guests, family, and friends. All come frozen and can be thawed and heated up or go from freezer to oven. Most are also available gluten-free. Looking for a special order? Just email through the website.
