A Hippie Chef Catering Started in the summer of 2013, I decided to take my love and passion for Culinary Arts further by making my dreams come true! Big smiles and food for all!!

We are dedicated to use only local produce, seafood and meats right here in North Carolina. Growing up, loving to cook, when I was able to and with the help of my loving family, I took my love and began to make it a career. In high school, I was fortunate enough to have great teachings by my professor, Skip Ailstock, which set the groundings for my further education at Johnson And Wales University

The strawberries can be upgraded to “fancy” for an additional fee. 50% deposit will be due when ordering. Free delivery with paid in full orders, in the greater Charlotte area. Ginger is a fragrant kitchen spice.[5] Young ginger rhizomes are juicy and fleshy with a mild taste. They are often pickled in vinegar or sherry as a snack or cooked as an ingredient in many dishes. They can be steeped in boiling water to make ginger herb tea, to which honey may be added. Ginger can be made into candy or ginger wine.

To the parents who are looking for a quick and easy meal for the kids, here ya go! This pizza crust comes in packs of three, mini. Mariana or pizza sauce, cheese and choice of topppings. Feed 2-3 little ones for under $8, depending on cheese and topping choices. My son is easy 😃
