Happy Heavenly Birthday to the “why” behind Lumpia Shack…

On this day, we celebrate the heart behind so much of this journey. Every step we take with our food truck carries a piece of him with us… his laughter, love, spirit, and the reminder that life can change in an instant.

So today, in honor of him, hug your people a little tighter. Say the thing you’ve been scared to say. Take the trip. Start the dream. Post the video. Apply for the job. Open the business. Wear the outfit. Tell people you love them loudly.

None of us are promised more time, and his memory is our reminder to live while we’re here.

We miss you every single day.
