Payment options will be temporarily unavailable Aug. 27–31 as we transition to CLTWaterHub. Make any necessary payments before Aug. 27. In the meantime, here are the ways to pay: phone (704.336.7600), one-time online payment with a convenience fee, or by check/cash (drop off at our main office building or a local Walgreens).

When a neighboring community needed a hand, our team was ready to help.

Charlotte Water was recently honored by Anson County for providing mutual aid during its water emergency this past July.

Our Field Operations crews spent several days working alongside Anson County, flushing hydrants at approximately 20 locations and conducting water testing to help improve water quality throughout the system. Some days, that work continued well into the evening.

Behind the scenes, our state-certified lab team stepped up, too, processing 143 water samples and working additional night shifts to get results back as quickly as possible.
That’s what mutual aid is all about: neighboring utilities sharing their expertise and resources when they’re needed most.

We’re proud of our Charlotte Water team for answering the call!

This talented group of water professionals represents a wide range of divisions, including Customer Service, Information & Technology, Maintenance, Locates, System Protection, Legal, Procurement, Field Operations, Engineering, and the One Water Executive Team.

Our Charlotte Water team works with some giant infrastructure to keep water flowing. As our community grows, so do the water and wastewater pipes beneath our streets.
