The future of culinary creativity is looking pretty sweet. 🧁✨

We loved welcoming rising 7th and 8th grade students from to for a hands-on culinary experience where they brought their cake creations to life through piping, sculpting, and plenty of imagination.

A huge thank you to , , and for investing in the next generation of culinary creators and entrepreneurs. We can’t wait to see what these young chefs cook up next!

Julian started out in our pilot kitchen, and now he’s expanded his operations, has his own space, and is on track to outpace last year’s sales. Way to go, ! We’re so proud of you.

We may, or may not, have a little news to share about some things we’re cooking up with Julian later this month! 🤫

As the weather warms up, the local Farmers Markets are officially back in session. Keep a lookout for our BEACON entrepreneurs at their booths. Supporting them at the market is one of the best ways to keep our local food economy thriving.
