What looks effortless for 300 guests takes days of planning, preparation, and an incredible team behind the scenes.

For this special 50th Reunion dinner on the steps of the Rotunda at University of Virginia, our team spent two full days preparing food, followed by a five-hour setup before the first guest arrived. Every table, every plate, every detail was carefully orchestrated to create an unforgettable evening.

Seeing 300 alumni gathered together, sharing stories and celebrating decades of memories in such an iconic setting made every early morning and long day worth it. The greatest reward was hearing how much the guests enjoyed the experience.

We couldn’t be prouder of our team for bringing this event to life with professionalism, passion, and heart. Events like these remind us why we love what we do.

Today’s Community Luncheon featured a vibrant Build-Your-Own Bibimbap Bowl experience filled with bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and something for everyone ✨🥢

Guests enjoyed Beef Bulgogi, Sesame Chicken, Grilled Tofu, crisp seasonal vegetables, house-made sauces, stir-fried broccoli, refreshing salads, and sweet treats to finish — including citrus curd bars and gluten-free mini cheesecakes.

There’s nothing better than bringing people together over a colorful, nourishing meal. Thank you to everyone who joined us for lunch today! 💛
