Shortly after purchasing the farm, Dorothy was walking the land with her dog when a Luna moth gently landed on her hand and remained there for quite some time. 🌿

Wine poured, conversations lingered long after the sun set, and a genuine sense of connection was felt throughout. A reminder of how good it can be to gather around the table in community. 🌿

Inspired by the traditions of the Asador of Patagonia and the Calçotada of Catalunya, the evening centered around open-fire cooking—lamb and chicken over flame, charred spring onions with romesco, and a menu that reflected the season.

Great food, thoughtful wines, and genuine presence.
A reminder of how good it can be to gather around the table in community. Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Spring Farm Dinner, and to the incredible people who helped bring the evening to life. 🌿🍷
