Although she's exploring astrophysics in Arizona these days, this Hoo is still getting her favorite things birthday surprise (5 years running, maybe not such a surprise, but still) 💫

I'm so appreciative of the customers who have made my cookies a part of their family traditions 💗

South Canal Street Band celebrated 10 years of performing together with a show at last weekend. One of their loyal fans commissioned these cookies to highlight each of the three band members and their wives (who lead the crowded dance floor at each show). If you haven't caught SCSB yet, you're missing a good old time 🎸

Thank you for trusting me with your vision!

I can almost never predict which cookie design is going to be my favorite in a set, and I wouldn't have guessed that this little Swedish bun would be it for this series of lovely designs. I was anxious that it would appear flat and uninteresting - so much so that when I finished and realized it was as cute as the drawing that inspired it, I immediately fell in love.
Original design by in second image💙💛
Thank you again for trusting me with this beautiful commission.
