Serving Up Memories: From Weddings to Vineyards! 🍖✨
What a week! We had the absolute honor of catering a truly amazing wedding this past weekend. We are so incredibly grateful for these opportunities to share in such special events with wonderful people—getting to be a part of creating a memorable day for others is truly a rewarding gift.

We’ve had a busy & fantastic week with off-site events, and we have more on the calendar this week! But, even with our private catering schedule, we are so excited to carve out time to see all of you.

Our food truck is open at King Family Vineyards this Saturday, June 20th!

We love being at King Family Vineyards and can’t wait to fire up the smoker for you. Not only are we bringing your classic favorites, but we’re also debuting a new menu item that we’ve been working on and absolutely cannot wait for you to try!

🚚 Food Truck Update: We're Rolling Out for Private Catering Events this week! 🚚

Hey food truck family!
First off, a massive THANK YOU to everyone who came out to eat with us this past weekend. You all kept us rocking and rolling, and we appreciate the love more than you know!

We had an extra special surprise this weekend, too—my brother, sister-in-law, and nephews drove all the way in from PA to grab lunch at the truck! There is truly nothing quite like having your family and friends show up to support your dreams. Our cup
runneth over. ❤️

🗓️ Looking Ahead: busy catering week
Because of that amazing support, our calendar is packed! The food truck will be closed for our regular spots this week as we head off-site to handle private catering events.

Look who we had the opportunity to feed today - Travis Watson and Sean Singletary. We are incredibly grateful you all enjoyed your lunch and can’t wait to see you back. Always love to see our local UVA Alumni.

Everyday we strive for perfection in a very imperfect world. We've had some set backs this week. We’re sorry for a change in plans, but we will not be opening as originally scheduled tomorrow, Friday, June 5th.

However, we are firing up the smoker and will be ready to serve you all weekend long! Come by and satisfy your BBQ cravings this Saturday, June 6th and Sunday, June 7th.

We were honored to spend time serving the amazing community at The Covenant School. We are so grateful for the teachers, administrators, students, families, and supporters who make Covenant such a special place. Thank you for welcoming us and allowing us to be a small part of your community.

Sunday brought another beautiful day as we served at King Family Polo. There is truly something special about enjoying great food, great company, and a day of polo at one of the most beautiful destinations in our area. We loved seeing familiar faces, catching up with our regular customers, and meeting so many new BBQ enthusiasts throughout the day. Watching families gather together, enjoy the festivities, and share a meal made for an unforgettable experience.

We are incredibly thankful to both The Covenant School and King Family for supporting our small family business. Opportunities like these allow us to continue doing what we love—serving delicious, freshly smoked BBQ and connecting with our community one meal at a time.

Now it's time to roll back home!
This Friday, Saturday, and Sunday you'll find us at our 5th Street location. We'll be opening at 11:00 AM each day and serving until SOLD OUT.

As always, every pork butt, ribs, chicken, and side is prepared fresh for the day. We smoke it, pull it, slice it, and serve it fresh—so when it's gone, it's gone!

We are excited to be serving up some fresh BBQ tomorrow starting from 11:00 AM until we sell out at beautiful King Family Vineyards!
