We’re back at it with our buds over at Charlottesville Community Bikes to bring back our West Coast Pils ‘Chamois Hagar’. We were all so happy with the last time we brewed this one that we didn’t really bother changing much. A hoppy but easy-drinking West Coast Pils, we designed ‘Chamois Hagar’ to be enjoyed during casual party-pace jaunts or after long epics full of quad-busting climbs and full-send descents.

Sporting a malt bill of North American Pilsner malt & malted white wheat, this West Coast Pils pours a pale straw color with striking, white, fully formed foam. We hopped ‘Chamois Hagar’ hot-side with Amarillo and some truly choice Crosby Hops Estate-grown Comet. Fermentation was taken care of by a classic German l***r strain, and carbonation was achieved naturally through spunding. Finally, we dry-hopped this one with more Amarillo, Estate-grown Comet, and just a whiff of Motueka.

10% of all proceeds from this b**r will go directly to Charlottesville Community Bikes to help further their mission of promoting environmentally sound transportation by providing free and affordable bikes to the people of Charlottesville🚴🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

We’re getting notes of nostalgic orange Life Savers, a post-b**r hot lap on your favorite trail, calamansi zest, frosty trichomes, chasing KOMs, & not being able to drive 55.

TRACHT is back! Our ode to the Oktoberfestbiers of Southern Germany returns to the Selvedge tap list today!

Festbier is all about maximizing drinkability in a package a little bit heftier than your average Helles. With that in mind, we brewed this year’s version with Weyermann ® Specialty Malts Barke Pilsner, Barke Vienna, and just a little Barke Munich malt, using a single-decoction mash regimen.

Like every year, we kept it classic and hopped Tracht with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Magnum, then fermented it with our house German l***r strain. After fermentation was complete, we l***red our Festbier for eight weeks, all the while allowing it to naturally clarify and giving the flavors time to become more cohesive.

Finally, like all of our l***rs, ‘Tracht’ is 100% naturally carbonated for ultra-fine carbonation and superior foam.

We’re getting notes of Bavarian soft pretzels, wildflower honey, toasted almonds, subtle jasmine, oompah bands, sweet brioche, and autumnal vibes.

🪢DRAFT AND CAN RELEASE🪢

It’s back! And this time we have cans! ‘Knotty By Nature’ West Coast IPA returns today! Inspired by the modern IPAs our brewers enjoy whenever they visit the West Coast, ‘Knotty By Nature’ is hyper pale in color, with clean but pronounced bitterness, aggressive hop character, and a dry finish. Built on a base of Pilsner malt, We hopped this one hot-side with Citra, Mosaic, and copious amounts of Simcoe. After fermentation was complete, we dumped in truly heinous levels of Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, and Nectaron.

We’re getting notes of zesty tangerine, heady dankness, pithy tropical fruits, ripe stonefruit, & hanging out on the sunny patio of your favorite IPA-centric California brewery.
