St. Patrick's Day, but with a plant-powered twist. 🍀🌱
A nutrient-packed plant-based spin on a St. Paddy’s favorite! Our NoBull Shepherd’s Pie is hearty, simple, and packed with real ingredients — perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner.
How to make it: 🔪
Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add crumbled NoBull Burgers and cook 2–3 minutes.
Stir in tomato paste, vegetable broth, thyme, peas, and carrots. Simmer 5 minutes.
Transfer to a baking dish, top with mashed potatoes, and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until golden.
Ingredients:
• 2 NoBull Burgers (crumbled)
• 1 cup peas & carrots
• ½ onion, diced
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• ½ cup vegetable broth
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp thyme, salt & pepper
• 2 cups mashed potatoes
