We're just a husband and wife team living the dream - if that dream is serving Hawaiian food with zero formal training and our only credentials being "we've been to Hawaii like... a lot."

And we’re back!!!!

Day 1 of Sweet Mahalo: COMPLETE 🌺

We did it! We actually did it! 28 plates served straight out of our garage in Crozet (yes, our literal garage) and we only had one minor panic attack between the two of us.

Shoutout to our incredible Day 1 customers who trusted two people with a grill, a dream, and questionable spatula skills. You're the real MVPs.

Nicole kept the rice perfect, I kept the chicken from becoming charcoal (mostly), and together we somehow pulled off our first "food truck" service. The neighbors are either impressed or calling the HOA. 50/50 odds.

Special thanks to everyone who paid via Venmo because we definitely meant it when we said we don't have change. 😅

This is just the beginning! Who knew Hawaiian food from a driveway could feel this good?

Mahalo for believing in us 🌺🍛
