You know, a lot of people have told me I should sell the sunflowers in the farm store. Don’t get me wrong, I see people selling the for $2 per stem and that sounds great… but honestly, I come out here and look at the honeybees and bumblebees absolutely coating each flower and I simply can’t bring myself to cut them.

‼️RESTOCK ALERT‼️

The long-awaited farm fresh chicken restock has dropped! In addition to whole chickens averaging about 5-9lbs, we have quarters (leg and thigh), breast, and wings!

We also restocked on whipped tallow in lilac scent, as well as a brand new scent - frankincense! - and a limited amount of unscented for those sensitive to essential oils.

As always, our organically grown farm fresh veggies were picked fresh this morning and ready for purchase, as well as plenty of our free range eggs.

The cows LOVE when I mow the lawn… to the point where just starting the lawn mower elicits several persistent calls of “mooooooo”

Don’t mind the vibrations of the mower moving the camera - I’m still getting the hang of this reel/video thing 😅

Open today, Saturday, August 1st! 9am-5pm every Saturday at 39 Hammond Hill Road, Charlton MA

Come enjoy the fruits of all that rain! Fresh picked beets, peppers (bell, cubanelle, and jalapeño), summer squash, zucchini, cucumbers, peas, and our first few tomatoes!

As always, we have farm fresh meat (beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and more!) and free range eggs. How free range? Take a walk past our main gate and see the chickens roaming freely.

As an added bonus, come check out our brand new, just born calf! We are so excited to welcome the newest member of our farm (last slide for a picture!)

Rainy day recipes! Good break from working outside but I’m anxious to get back in my garden ❤️

Zucchini Parmesan Bites
1 cup shredded zucchini (drained well)
Garlic powder/granulated garlic to taste
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
1/2 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Bake or air dry on 400 degrees F for 15-18 minutes (until golden). Serve warm with sour cream or marinara sauce

Make a zucchini parm with me ❤️

Need a recipe for all those zucchini this time of year? This recipe uses two medium/large zucchinis and is so good, we’ve made it multiple times in a week. Serve it on the side of any protein or as a main course!

DM for the marinara recipe - my tomatoes aren’t ripe yet, so I used canned whole tomatoes 🍅

Our newest acquisitions! As I tell everyone, you know you made the right choice when the machine goes right to work. A bigger loader has been on our list for a long time, and what a smoking deal these two were from our favorite equipment dealer. We’re also super happy with our choice of first triaxle truck - more definitely to come.

We are so blessed to grow every year, oftentimes with some of the natural growing pains but at the end of the day we love what we do and look forward to being able to do it even better for our customers.

Good morning! We are open on this beautiful Saturday morning. Our garden is producing and we have cucumbers, beets, zucchini, and summer squash in addition to our farm fresh beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and more. Come say hi and check us out!

All of our produce is organically grown right here on our farm - no pesticides, chemical fertilizers, glyphosate, etc. - ever!
