The days are getting shorter, and Whispers of Autumn are imminent. We're keeping pace with a steady stream of original Tree House beverages. A small taste packaged just recently:
GRAND ARÔME
Our newest rum and a labor of love. Inspired by the great high-ester rums of Jamaica, it floods the senses with ripe pineapple, banana, butterscotch, and molasses. The flavor comes from dunder, the leftover liquid from every run of our still, fermented in a muck pit and distilled the old Caribbean way again. Every run for the last four years fed the living culture that became this rum. It took 97 and Double Gold honors at the San Francisco Spirits Competition this spring. Magical stuff.
WOODSTOCK IPA - CITRA + MOSAIC
Citra and Mosaic may sound like a simple recipe, but every harvest, growing region, and individual lot expresses these hops differently. The result hits all the right notes and keeps surprising as it evolves in the glass. Best enjoyed on a slow day in idyllic Woodstock, a special place you have to experience to understand.
STRANGE TIDE
A Double IPA featuring Nelson, Rakau, Citra, and Simcoe hops, bursting with lime hard candies, crushed white grapes, mandarin oranges, and piney mango. The can features the work of Derek Macara (), a Cape Cod fisherman-turned-painter whose seascapes capture the many moods of the ocean. The sea can impart a deep sense of peace while sending you down an existential rabbit hole. How strange to feel timeless and know you are finite. A Strange Tide, indeed.
WHISPER
Autumn is still weeks away. Whisper isn't. Our Oktoberfest Lager is brewed with German Pilsner, Munich, Cara Munich, and Vienna malts, fermented cool with traditional Märzen yeast, and conditioned for months in our classic cellar. Rich notes of bread crust, toasted grains, caramel, and a hint of honey, with a kiss of noble spice throughout. The first batch of many, released at its peak.
TOUQUET SPRITZ
Touquet, our red aperitivo of New England cranberries, orange peel, and traditional bitter botanicals, blended with local sparkling wine and a splash of club soda. It opens with a flash of sweetness, deepens into rich cranberry, and finishes nearly dry. Garnish with orange and enjoy straight from the bottle or over ice. Available in Tree House land now. Cin cin, New England.
