We hope to have even more vendors at this week's market.

Vendor information:
Amy and I purchased vendor tents for the market. We will have five 10x10 tents available for vendor use. We will have all the tents set up on the South Side of the Grass Lot. This should put all vendors and most patrons in additional shade. Tent sites will be first-come, first-served, with plenty of room in the front parking and the West end of the grass lot for overflow.

The 3-3-3 Rule is a simple, memorable cooking method that helps you sear and finish steaks evenly. For a 1 to 1.5-inch steak, sear one side for 3 minutes, flip and sear the other side for 3 minutes, then move to indirect heat and cook each side for another 3 minutes. This creates a flavorful crust without overcooking the interior.
