Sean-Paul James Hayden, 45, of Chanhassen, is facing felony charges, including Insurance Fraud-Present False Representation/Conceals Facts (Statute 609.611.1(a)) and Arson-1st Deg-Building-Used Combust/Flammable Material (Statute 609.561.3(a)).
