Lots of fresh produce and mushrooms for Lanesboro Farmersmarket tomorrow from 9am to noon at Sylvan Park in Lanesboro. Also, made some seeded crisps that pare well with chanterelle and apricot jam and a little cheese. Fresh sourdough scones, they are delightful: charelle and apricot. A perfect, not too sweet treet!

July 4th we will have some fresh jelly and jam. Our red currents and gooseberry were ready to pick. I have made some delicious red current jelly. The gooseberries were not quite enough on their pwn for a full batch of jam, so I added in blueberries for a to die for jam! See you st the Lanesboro Farmers Market on July 4th!
