✨Big news!✨this beautiful girl is coming to be apart of the farm family! We’re really excited to get her here and give her lots of love and attention.

Kinkajou’s are awesome little critters and expert climbers! The name kinkajou comes from a word that means “honey bear” they were givin this name because of their golden brown coat and their love for nectar. You can find cuties like Mrs. Penny here in the tropical rainforest of southern Mexico all the way to Brazil. The kinkajou is one of two in its family “procyonidea”, to have a prehensile tail. Meaning they have a muscular tail that is used for balancing and hanging on to branches with! They can actually hang from their tail and actually use it like a branch to climb back up! They mostly only eat fruits and nectars! They have a 5” tongue that they use to collect nectar and honey from flowers and bee hives!
