What began as a fun new hobby rapidly became a passion I wanted to learn, perfect, and share. It's not just the creative process I enjoy, but the look on a customer's face when they catch that first glimpse of their dessert, that's what makes it worth while for me. I strive in my everyday life to spread as much love and positivity as possible, without completely annoying everyone around me with my

pep, and strive to do the same in my professional life as well. Baking is about more than just making food that tastes good or looks pretty. Class was great today!! Keke did beautiful work with fondant, learning even more trick to keep up her sleeve. As for me learning flowers is a lot easier than I thought it was going to be haha...but you be the judge =D as soon as I get the pictures uploaded check them out and tell us what you think, can't wait to hear from all of you!! =D
