🌧️ EVENT UPDATE: Prater’s Mill County Fair 🌧️

Unfortunately, we’ve made the difficult decision to sit out Prater’s Mill this weekend due to the weather. With all of our products being glass bottles, we just don’t want to risk damage to our products or put anyone in an unsafe situation.

We’re so disappointed to miss out, but safety comes first! ❤️ Thank you for understanding and continuing to support our small business. We hope to see y’all at another event very soon! 🫒✨

🥃 𝐁𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧 𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐅𝐢𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐆𝐥𝐚𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐧🐖

🥣𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
•1 pork tenderloin, about 1–1½ lbs
•2 tbsp Zi Olive Bourbon Vanilla Fig Balsamic
•1 tbsp Zi Olive House Extra Virgin Olive Oil
•1 tbsp Dijon mustard
•1 tbsp maple syrup
•2 cloves garlic, minced
•½ tsp dried thyme
•½ tsp salt
•¼ tsp black pepper
•1 apple, thinly sliced
•½ small onion, sliced

👩‍🍳𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
1️⃣Preheat oven to 400°F.
2️⃣Whisk together the Bourbon Vanilla Fig Balsamic, olive oil, Dijon, maple syrup, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
3️⃣Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour about half of the glaze over it. Add the sliced apples and onions around the pork.
4️⃣Roast for 20–25 minutes, brushing with the remaining glaze halfway through, until the pork reaches 145°F internally.
5️⃣Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
6️⃣Spoon the caramelized apples, onions and pan juices over the pork.

🍎 𝐙𝐢 𝐎𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐩: Add a drizzle of Bourbon Vanilla Fig Balsamic right before serving for an extra burst of sweet, tangy flavor.

✨️𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡: roasted sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, or a simple fall salad with goat cheese and pecans.
